Not usually. Some internet providers in Canada and parts of Europe filter or throttle streaming traffic, and in those cases a standard VPN clears the problem immediately. Because this happens on your provider's network rather than ours, we recommend testing on the introductory month first.
No. Credentials are tied to one device and one household. Re-streaming, resharing or reselling an account triggers an immediate permanent ban with no refund, and banned accounts are not reinstated. If you want to sell subscriptions legitimately, our reseller programme exists for exactly that.
It simply stops. Nothing auto-renews and no card is kept on file. Message us a few days before expiry and we extend the same credentials, so you keep your favourites and settings.
Because credentials are delivered the moment payment clears, sales are final from that point. Two carve-outs exist: where our own infrastructure is verifiably down for over 72 hours straight you receive a pro-rata credit, and any duplicate charge comes back to you whole.
